Welcome to Studio Haven, where creation meets calmness
Studio Haven was created in mind of all local artists. Haven means a "place of safety: refuge. A place offering opportunities for artists". A place where individuals can create, imagine + express art in a safe place. While the studio is on my property I wanted to create a place that others would feel welcome + desired to use to create their own art. The light tan wood flooring to bright windows surrounding half of the building creates a neutral, bright space for all to feel calm, allowing creative minds to do its work. The space features led lights for use during those gloomy days adjustable to your desired preference.

- I charge extra due to the delicate nature of these props. Only certain props will be available to be used. Full access to entire inventory is closed at this time. When renting the props the props will be set out for your use that you choose from the link that will be sent after rental booking.
Restroom: Studio does not have a restroom in studio, if I am home you + clients are welcome to use in home bathroom but request clients + renter to utilize restroom prior to coming.
+Child fold up, throw away bag portable potty chair is available now in studio! Disinfected after each use and liners to use over the seat at well!
Not allowed: Street shoes are prohibited from being worn inside the studio. I ask that if a client or renter wants to wear shoes they must carry the shoes in and ensure they are clean. This request is to keep studio clean, furniture in the shape it's in and keep littles healthy as they crawl on floor during sessions.

THIS IS NOT FREE TIME TO USE OR FOR YOUR CLENTS TO ARRIVE EARLY.
IF YOU GO OVER YOU TIME, YOU WILL IN INVOICED.
Photographers/videographers only:
You are allowed to arrive 20 minutes prior to booking time to set up, get camera settings right and whatever you need to do to prepare for your session start time.
This is not free time for you to use to book more sessions, have your clients come early or anything within that matter. This is a courtesy I am allowing, if abused I will be unfortunately forced to remove this kind gesture.
+ Clients are only allowed to come 5 minutes early. It is your responsibility to inform them of this.
Seamless paper backdrop:
$10.00 extra fee added, you must select prior if you want to use as I will have it pulled down and secured for you prior.
You are not allowed to use seamless paper if you do not indicate that you want to use.
Newborn props:
Wraps: $10.00 extra access to newborn client closet
Headbands: $5.00 extra access to all client closet newborn headbands
Outfits: $10.00 extra access to newborn client closet outfits
